Hi. I'm Japanese and like to watch Hollywood movies. I've noticed that American people wake their partners with a kiss. Do American people's breath smell pleasant in the morning? How do they prevent morning breath? Or they don't care about the smell?

In the movies it's all acting. They don't actually fall asleep with each other. It's all a apart of the movie. They film different times of the day. So it's not like they just wake up and kiss after a good nights sleep. I don't know anybody who wakes up after sleep and their breath is pleasant.

Floss regularly, brush your teeth 3 times a day, and use antiseptic before bed......not guaranteed to fix morning breath; but it may contain it a bit. Bad breath starts from your teeth.
and yes, Americans do care about the smell.......

nope, I've got pretty horrible morning breath I imagine and I know my girlfriend does. I don't care though, I give her a kiss in the morning. If you're a bit sensitive, gargle some mouthwash
