Our body is the temple of God, because God made it. So yes. But if you come to it spiritually than no. Not everybody has Jesus in their heart. But you should, if you want to go to Heaven.

I would hate to even consider the possibility that anything like a God is inside some people

In deeper terms, there is no "outside", or "inside", but we must use words to attempt understanding. God is all-in-all...it has been said that God knows every sparrow that falls, because He IS every sparrow...the simplest answer to your question is, yes. There is God and all God created, only this. We slept, and dreamed of a world of opposites, of separation from God, and isolation from the rest of Selfhood. But we remain whole, perfect, unconditionally loved by Perfect Love.

Only in the sense that man was created in his image and so have his qualities to a greater or lesser extent in each of us. (Genesis 1:27) This is much like your parents being inside you or you being inside your children.
The true nature of God is that he is a spirit being, (John 4:24), who lives in a specific place (1Kings 8:39, Psalms 33:14) and has a distinct personality(Revelation 15:3-4, Deuteronomy 32:4, 1John 4:8, )

God is the universal spirit that holds the universe together as one. God represents constructive and moral energy. We all have a little, at least, of that energy inside us.

I John Chapter Four tells us that if we are the children of God and love one another that God dwells within us, and his love is perfected in us. The problem isn't with the bible, or God, but with us and our many interpretations and beliefs. If we all believed the same and all lived righteously then God would dwell in each and everyone of us.

Yes.... We have this breath in us that continuously goes into and out of the body. Without it, we cease to think forever. With it, we can communicate inside of ourselves without opening any portion of the body...... and we understand clearly.
When my daughter was 7, I asked her to say something without moving her mouth. Then I asked her how did she know what she said if her mouth did not move and her reply was this: "it was Tonica in my body".......
If a child can understand this, surely others should.
As a result of the breath of life within us, we have the ability to do the impossible things. Even see a camel go through the eye of a needle. We are tested in our faith of self as a matter of lucidly dreaming......
According to Scripture, Luke 17:21, the kingdom of God is within us...... which means no one can tell you where because it is within you.... YOu are the vessel carrying a living thing within.... and so we are told to be holy because what is inside of us belongs to God......
We dream of that place. we are forced to enter that place every night.... to tell God what we are doing with our allotted time while here..... Every day is a page of the history of our lives... at the end of our days, we have a complete book of life of our own..... BUT..... His story.... belongs to God....
The anthology of all of History belongs to God.... it is His story of mankind... and we are the last pages of that Book......
Your sister,
Ginger

It's just a saying to make you feel better. God can be everywhere, but I seriously doubt he is inside "all of us".

In WICCAN traditions most believe that the spirit of Deity, the Goddess and God, are a part of everyone and everything. Our rituals help us focus and connect with that spirit which is in fact in each and every one of us.
