I already do!

Unless the ground isn't safe to have shoes off, I have them off.

I'm not Christian, but a different religion. I assume by chruch you mean a place you go and comune with your dieties and go about your religious work.

now... going to a Christian church, barefoot or not, you'll have to pay me to go.

I'm not Christian but I have also attended Unitarian services sometimes, and I've been barefoot for those. I never wear footwear, but a church would be among the last places I'd want to wear them! Spirituality isn't the main part of my barefooting, but it does play a part... I believe in walking softly and gently in sacred and ancient places; churches, graveyards, ancient castles, etc.

I'm sorry if some people take offense at my bare feet; I think how we worship should be between each individual and their deity (as long as it harms none -no sacrifices :P). I don't tell others to take their shoes off.

I don't go to church, per se, but I do attend a Unitarian Universalist congregation. And I would go barefoot, and have, in the summertime. Or, at least, I've shoved my sandals under the chair when I got there.
I've been in several sanctuaries barefoot - grew up as a preacher's kid, and was in the physical structure of the church all the time, but I don't think I was ever barefoot during services. Mom would have been mortified!

Hey... it's me The Prophet Isaiah!!!! and Micah!!! and King Saul... and King David!!! and a whole bunch of other Holy men of God!!!!

Isaiah 20:2-3 KJV
At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking NAKED and barefoot. And the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked NAKED and barefoot THREE YEARS for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia;

Micah 1:8 NIV
Because of this I will weep and wail; I will go about BAREFOOT and NAKED. I will howl like a jackal and moan like an owl.

EDIT:
Please store this somewhere else... Christians will ban ban me as soon as they read this answer!

There is nothing wrong with going to church barefooted even if people in society think its insulting.You know god doesnt judge us by our feet or clothes but by our heart and our devotion to him.

Why? Seriously, why would I want to risk several types of injury and infection? What would I be proving?

No thank you. Church is a public place and I prefer to keep my feet protected.
