i have mashed potato... i need to know what to do with the drumsticks chillin in my freezer. to give them a spicy flavour... and we're gonna have the mashed potato in a sort of modified sunday lunch thing??

Bake in oven, with a little margarine. 350 degrees. About 25
minutes. If they seem to be almost cooked, add your favorite
spicy sauce. Thaw first. Enjoy...

I skin the chicken drumsticks, mix together 1 tbsp tandoori powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 125ml yoghurt, 1tsp garlic puree, 1tsp ginger puree. cut 3 slashes in the flesh and let the drumsticks marinate for min hour max overnight.

You can then grill or barbeque them or cook them in an oven.

do you know how to de-bone it? i would suggest doing that, and marinating it in barbecue sauce and grill it, and serve it with your mashed potatoes... it bet you, that it would really go well with that...

sprinkle with taco seasoning. bake. last 10 minutes add salsa and cheese.
