Almost any janitorial company will train. I owned a janitorial service in Ca. for 20 yr. There is more to it than most people think. There are many types of floor finishes requiring different methods. The main thing is to be careful and don't try to take shortcuts. A good floor person can actually make good money at it. I know I payed the Good ones well. It is all in the details.
