At a most practical level it means to know your traits,your strengths/weaknesses,your suitability or otherwise for a job and importantly,the gaps there in which need to be filled through education,learning and so on.If we know ourselves sufficiently,we shall be judicious in taking on the responsibilities which we can handle successfully.Well,in the realm of spirituality,it means the degree of self awareness we have or need to have.But,that's a long drawn topic.

to know this is to be completly comftorble with yourself, introvert yourself to know what makes you happy sad pissed lonely. What fill the empty void you have inside you. Question yourself until you are the answer.
