For me it passes time at work, I enjoy the debates and it's often funny.

I work from home, usually have more than one computer on. Like you, it's for passing time. There's also friends.

Right now, I can't sleep, so I'm here. It's 3:04 AM.

It started out because I needed someone to talk to about religion. Then, I got really hooked and it helped me pass the time during my Monday-Friday boring job. But then, I made some really great friends and now I come mainly for that reason. I do enjoy the conversation very much though.

I get a kick out of stirring up Christians and other religious wackos. I enjoy the challenge of making statements appear like questions.

I more so just look at the Society & Culture tab(R&S is a sub-catagory of it), and sometimes I hover over into the math section.

S&C cuz its fun, entertaining, and a good way to procratinate from doing my homework.

math because i love helping people and unless its calc 2 or higher i can usuly help them solve it and understand it. I love seeing the lightbulb turn on over peoples heads.

Yeah, I guess about the same for me too, but it also helps me to get some kind of insight into what other people think. As just one member of the human race, I'd like to see how much others feel/think the same way I do. So, for me, it's just another part of the seeking...
