Sorry but your whole question just isn't making sense. What is it you want us to answer?

Are wounded service personnel allowed to march in the remembrance day parade? Yes, one of the associations represented at the parade was BLESMA, see link below.

Well your link doesn't go anywhere. so its hard to verify your
claim.

You appear to be making two claims:

1. wounded banned from Parade.
2. degrees of wounds, not considered seriously wounded.

I presume you mean the Remembrance Day Parade's and I believe the M.O.D have no say who parades in these.
As its organised by the British Legion.
