the user named converterfan must work for nidesoft.com. He posts the same answer to everything..
anyway... an m3u file is a playlist. It is only a lists of what songs to play and in what order. It is not an actual mp3 file. If you want to use any of the music, you need to have the actual mp3 files, which you can then import into your video editing program.

your better off going to limewire and re downloading the song that is in a mp3 format it would be much easier than getting a program for it.
