Best thing to do in situations like that is walk away. Ya don't necessarily need to be rude about it, but if they are making you uncomfortable, you need to get away from the situation. Some guys aren't always thinking with the head on their shoulders, if you know what I mean. Stick close with friends too. If you're with a group of ppl, less likely you will be bothered. Take care of you.

Obvious answer is that you are very pretty and this probably intimidates and excites them, but if they are brash they like to "try their hand" after all they can only be turned down or get lucky - they like the odds (and the challenge!) What have they got to lose?
Would you notice a guy was interested if he just said "hello, how are you?"

You can't have it both ways doll (I was not hitting on you there, fyi). Guys will hit on you, depending on where you're at. If you're on the dance floor, you will probably get hit on a lot. If you're getting your nails and hair done... probably not so much. It also depends on what clothes you are wearing.
