sounds pretty normal to me, if she is tired let her sleep, also try giving her nurofen for children, my nurse told me that you can use it with calpol, but be careful if you arent sure, also try giving her something comforting to it, like maybe mash and baked beans....hope she feels better soon

I think everybody is echoing the response of "there's nothing to worry about"... but please remember that it's really easy to panic when you know that the docs are closed (a bit like everybody buying too much food because the shops are closed for 2 days over Christmas).
If you are in any doubt or just want re-assurance, why not phone NHS Direct (that's if you are in the UK of course - not sure if there is something similar in the US).
Trust me - when she is back to her old self you will wonder what all the fuss was about.
Good luck, relax and enjoy your beautiful daughter - they grow up very fast.

this all sounds quite normal, just make sure she keeps drinking as much as poss i know that can be hard when they ill but if they dont they can dehydrate, let her sleep as much as she likes if she asks for food even if its sweets it wont harm, keep up with the calpol at 4hr intervals, if she does start to refuse drinks for more than 6hr get your doc out or take her to a drop in center if you have 1, if she still not good in 2 days then it might be worth taking her docs just to be on safe side :-)

Sounds pretty normal to me (got a 19 month old!). So long as she doesn't develop a raging temperature or sickness, I wouldn't worry too much. Probably teething, a cold brewing, lots of things .... give her 24 hours (so long as she doesn't get worse) and just make sure she drinks. Good luck.

It sounds normal, sick with a cold can cause the sleepiness and teething can definately cause the no eating. I would keep an eye on her temperature and make sure she is getting plenty of fluids. If her temperature rises I would take her to the hospital.

as long as she's not got a raging temperature and is keeping fluids down then let her sleep and be poorly!! She will eat when she's hngry, try things like yoghurt, and don't make a big fuss about it if she doesn't want to eat, she won't starve herself. If you're really worried though, you can always ring NHS Direct, they should help you put your mind at rest.
