memory enhancers that really works

There are two things I know of that improve memory.....

1. Folic Acid
2. Citalopram (an anti-depressant)

My husband suffered a brain injury w/amnesia. Once he was given these drugs he started to have recall of the past. He did not recover all of it though. So it's not a cure all..... As a matter of fact, with the anti-depressant, the improved memory is said to be a side effect of using the drug. There is no guarantee that a person will have the same effects each time. Each person has different responses to their meds.

i dont think they work... they are just something that might wake your brain up for a while but not enhances your memory at all.. so many people have a bad memory that they will try anything.

I don't remember. I took some a few years ago. Now I don't remember if it worked.

Seriously, I took some, because I was cramming for tests like a madman. Looking back, it didn't make a difference. I already had a superior memory back in the days when I was in high school. But good is never enough for us.

well my mum bought some a few years ago....but lost them before she could start taking them.....she never bought anymore.
