What happend to boxing? Too many fingers in the money pie? Who's the heavy weight champion of the world?

Tiger Woods can't box, but he is the best at his sport. If you look around you can see the best in their environment. IE( Brett Favre, Emitt Smith, Micheal Jordan, etc, etc,) Where did the days of knowing who the undisputed heavy weight champion of the world go?

There used to be just "one" undisputed Heavy Weight Champion" of the world. The last one of those was Ali. Then he got stripped of his title over the "Draft-Thing" he was involved in back in Vietnam. That gave the Title Joe Frazier. Then Frazier lost it to Foreman, That when it all went to hell. Out came the W.B.C., the W.B.A., and most recently the I.B.F. The I.B.F. has been around about 10 or 15 years if I had to guess. That's why you now have 2 Heavy Weight Champions, Kletchko, who holds the WBA and WBC, then there is Ibrigmanov, who holds the IBF Title. There are so many different divisions now days I am even confused by it. Yeah, boxing aint what it used to be, that's for sure. Hope this answered your question friend. boxing had to create several titles to vault names into the spotlight, because with 16 divisions, ibf wbc all this crap it lessens the value of a champion..

the title you want to have is best pound for pound boxer, which is currently floyd mayweather...

the heavyweight division doesn't suffer so much from over expansion as much as it does from the popularity of american football and basketball. that is where most of the raw talent and big bodies are going. That coupled with blatant corruption ruined the integrity of the sport. something the NFL and the NBA have a far less difficult time maintaining.

SmackDown's international championship is a 2d value championship while in comparison with the WWE championship (the unique international identify of WWE) and has a extra physically powerful lineage and history.
