I guess Im the rare breed that can tell you that you can honestly love someone with all your heart and soul, but still end up cheating. There are many reasons that this could occur. Get yourself stuck in a bad situation i.e at a party alone with long lost boyfriend you still have feelings for, after fighting with love of your life.
Or simply, you could be looking for something that your man isnt giving you. Im not condoning cheating, but I have been there. I had to realize that there is NOT perfect man in the world. And you have to decide what is important and what you are willing to give up in some cases.
For instance, a man that isnt very effectionate, but you feel you need it, and suddenly soemone else is giving you attention all the time. Its human nature ... to take what is being offered to us, if we feel we are being denied it. You have to trian yourself to say no, and avoid such situations if you feel that you really love your man.
There is also the very rare chance that you are one of the few women who are bi-polar and when you go manic you get a little.... attention starved. To put it nicely. Not making it sound liek you are. Just letting you know that there are many reasons that you can cheat on a man, but it doesnt mean that you dont love him. Or even want to be with him. But if you plan to make it work you have to come clean and try to work through the issues that lead to it and make accomadations to prevent it in the future.

No is a weird feeling might be was testing how loyal we are
with our BF but cheat with limitation cannot out of frame.
Sometimes we realize how deeper our love and giving us
the good lesson being honest is a good policy.

yes and no, well better left at maybe. people cheat for many, many...many reasons, and whether or not they love that person is one of those many, many...many reasons. but the thing is every person is different, and every relationship is under different circumstances, which makes it impossible to give you a simple yes or no answer. though more detail would help...like whether or not he confessed to you that he cheated, what he had to say about it and so forth.
