Spybot often asking regarding certain changed elements either to ALLOW or to DENY. May I allow all?

Spybot seems working well but often demanding (particularly when or after some softwares are downloaded) to ALLOW or DENY the change. I don't know what to do? Can I allow the change?

If you are using Spybot S&D, and have used the Immunize option, then it will keep track in any changes in registry and will inform you whenever a change occurs. It is perfectly alright to allow the changes if you have installed a new software. But you shoul read the changes and deny if it happens without it (installing)
However you can use another freeware antispyware which has a real time scanner (missing in sybot) . You can keep them both
(Unless you have Microsoft windows defender installed on your computer)
