instead of eating 1 oreo mcflurry, a big mac, fries and coke, I ate spaghetti and iced tea. QUESTION: Is the spaghetti in mcdonald's (at least) healthy? estimated how many calories is it?

If you live in Philippines, and worry about the detrimental health effects of Mc's spaghetti, you've nothing to worry about.

Honey, NOTHING they serve in McDonalds is healthy. Even the salads come pre-cut; any vitamins in them are long-gone.
The Spaghetti is simple carbohydrate (white flour), while the sauce is heavy in High Fructose Corn Syrup and starch thickener and fat. The Big Mac is on a bun made with white flour, the meat is full of fat (it's not prime beef, you know, it's industrial hamburger--god knows what's really in there) and the sauce is full of High Fructose Corn Syrup and oils. The fries have been cooked in a combination of trans fats (hydrogenated oils) and animal fat. The Coke speaks for itself.
Neither option was really healthy.

I live in Tacloban, Leyte ... and we have the "privelege" of having a McDonald's here.
The spaghetti they serve is awful. It's packed with sugar and uses hot dogs as the meat. You're far, far better off getting a McChicken sandwich.

Well...you were at McDonalds...
It depends on the spaghetti. If it was noodles and tomato sauce...how big the serving was....how it was cooked. If there was meat or meatballs in the sauce, that'll add calories.

White pasta isn't the best thing for you, but if you have to eat at McDeath I guess you just do what you gotta do. It's not like their buns or french fries are helping either.

I suspect even the water in McDonald's is high-calorie.

it is healthier than eating all of that other stuff but not as healthy as having a meal which is from a more trust-worthy food place.
