Iran doesn't possess the global transport capabilities required to invade the US. Their best option would assymetric forces, either direct action or funding terrorist groups to act by proxy. They are doing this with the Mahdi Milita in Iraq currently. Despite the video, most of Iran's equipment is either U.S. technology that's over 30 years old, old Russian technology, or it's based on the technology. The video shows the F-14 prominently, however, a few of those photos are of U.S. squadrons. Also, some of the missiles shown Iran WANTS, but does not have; besides, they're SAMs, which are defensive weapons.

The USSR had the ability and did not.
Why would a pipsqueak, noisemaker nation even consider it?
An actual invasion would require that their 'soldiers' dress like soldiers, not wear dresses. The Iranian cross-dressers won't invade, their skirts would get caught on the loading ramps.

Iran won't invade the US. They're not that stupid. Even if they tried, they wouldn't make it to the shore, so it's debatable if you could count it as an invasion.
Supplying terrorists however, is another matter entriely.
