It leads down into my chest my when I drink or eat something..it's very painful. What does it mean?

you may have gastro-esophageal reflux disease. A doctor can treat that fairly effectively with a number of different medications, so I suggest you see one.

i think u ate a lot........so i didnt digest in stomach intestine will work to digest the food if u eat over flow it can digest the food at a moment so............get good advice frm ur doctor take nice pills ......& get well soon........bye take care.............
