You sound like you are fairly proportional for your height. I wouldn't recomend changing for a particular guy, but if you feel that in general you want to gain some wait then go ahead. As long as you are healthy about doing so. My own personal preference would be a thin girl, and from your height and weight I am sure you are very beautiful, but it's up to you. Also, if you want to gain weight, just try running and lifting some weights. Toning up your body will actually add weight to your body and give you a better figure.
