You will never go to hell nor heaven, they are imaginary and childish concepts.

No one goes to hellfire / torture, because such a place is a myth.
Everyone who dies ceases to exist. Only if & when resurrected will they live again, but not in any place of torment!
The lake of fire (AKA: the second death) mentioned in Revelation is symbolic of eternal destruction, rather than eternal torture. This can be seen from the fact that death & the grave themselves are both to be hurled into that lake of fire.
Plus, the Creator is NOT 'into' torture!

Only God knows whether he will forgive a person who has killed another. It depends on more than just the circumstance of self defense.

Firstly, what is your interpretation of Hell? If it’s based on, what many religions teach that the wicked will go to a fiery hell and be tormented forever. Then ask yourself, is this teaching logical and Scriptural (based on the Bible)? The human life span is limited to 70 or 80 years. Even if someone was guilty of extreme wickedness all his life, would everlasting torment be a just punishment? No. It would be grossly unjust to torment a man forever for the sins that he committed in a short lifetime. THE BIBLE NEVER TEACHES HELL FIRE AS ENTERNAL TORMENT.
Only God can reveal what happens after people die, and he has done so in his written Word, the Bible. This is what the Bible says: “As the [beast] dies, so the [man] dies; and they all have but one spirit . . . All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust.” (Ecclesiastes 3:19, 20) There is no mention here of a fiery hell. Humans return to dust—to nonexistence—when they die. The Scriptures also state: “The wages sin pays is death.” (Romans 6:23) Since the punishment for sin is death, the fundamental question in determining the true nature of hell is: What happens to us when we die? In order to be tormented, a person has to be conscious. Is the dead conscious? Once again, the Bible gives the answer: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5) It is impossible for the dead, who are “conscious of nothing at all,” to experience agony anywhere.
Secondly, Ask yourself did you intentionally kill the person (murder) to defense yourself based on uncontrolled anger or rage or it happens by accident (manslayer). Since the law serves differently in this world. In the Bible times, God (Jehovah) gave command to give protection for people who were unintentional or accidental manslayers by provided them cities of refuge to which they could flee and remain so as to be safe from revenge that would otherwise be taken by a near relative of the victim. (Num. 35:22-25) In those cities, they worked to support themselves. Only God (Jehovah) knows human’s inner motive and circumstances. Therefore, we human cannot judge anyone.

Thirdly, how far you can go in defending yourself and your loved ones, as well as the methods you care to employ, are personal matters for you to decide on the basis of a well-trained conscience. Asking yourself a few questions can be helpful, however, in deciding what you should do: Am I fighting to defend life or simply to protect property? Is my motive protection of self and loved ones, or getting even with an evildoer? Have I thought of the effects my actions might have on others, including the evildoer? Would I want to injure him seriously or even kill him? Do I realize that he may be a victim of circumstances, more to be pitied than condemned? Could it be that with proper training, attention and love, he might be willing to develop his latent good qualities and repent of his bad ones? Would I be willing to help him to do so if I had the opportunity?

No, self defense is not a crime nor a sin. Besides, the only unforgivable sin is to Blaspheme the Holy Ghost.

You do not go to hell for murder or any other single sin. Everyone is a sinner in God's eyes. We go to hell because we "want to do it our way" and reject God's free gift of salvation through Jesus the Christ.
Salvation is free for the asking any time night or day. The only thing required is repentance, believe Jesus is God, and asking God for forgiveness.

No!

Murder involves malice, and self-defense does not involve malice.

Paul lists murderers as one of those who will not see the kingdom of heaven, but then he immediately says, of these things you once were. So it is not what you did in your past, it is what you have in your heart today.
