Okay dude chill. In general, alcohol and Adderall are not *absolutely* contra-indicated (unlike alcohol & tylenol). The things you have to be concerned about are:
1) High blood pressure - if you have it, then please check your blood pressure and don't do this again
2) Tension - it may increase
EDIT: And of course, the beneficial effects of Adderall are reduced.
As for the seizure threshold being lowered by stimulants, these cases are very rare for people without any prior history of seizures.

Drinking while taking addrerrall isnt going to cause you to die. So long as you are very careful about it. Where is most times, you get intoxicated your body slows down and starts to tell you that you have had enough, if you push it to far. It passes out. Adderall is a stimulant, it will deter that effect that is in all actuality your bodys attempt to self preservate. Also consider that the medication will make you extremely thirsty, probably more outgoing then normal when drinking (do you really wanna see the videos the next day) then the ultimate truth.Drinking is a depressant, adderall is a ....well... its a stimulant... its speed all in all. Just stop and think before you have more then a few drinks.... the tug of war that is going to be going on with your heart

i think there's an alcohol problem in the mix. Further more, prior to being prescribed this adderall, you didn't tell your doctor that you have vodka by the cap full. Look at it like this, alcohol is a sedative and adderall is a stimulant. You must like the ups and downs. But actually right now you are probably ok. been there

Alcohol is not for you if you take most Psych meds, type II diabetes, many pills for blood pressure and stuff that affects blood pressure or clotting, I would think ulceration, Krohn's Disease (severe disease of the intestines) and ANY PILLS that can affect operating a car and machinery, other than just driving without them, which is obvious!
A disease that affects digestion and or the metabolizing of the complex carbohydrate chain of an alcohol will in effect allow high amounts of alcohol into the bloodstream. While broken down into sugars normally, unbroken is as bad if not worse as both the alcohol and the sugars rob the blood and body tissues of free oxygen molecules and flood the cells with more sugars than can be handled. A TOXIC BUILDUP occurs, depending on how much is in the bloodstream.
What you perceive as a HIGH is in fact your body STARVING for oxygen and fuel and it's become numbed. If you drive etc you risk harming of even killing yourself and others.
Self medication is among the top causes of death not attributable to chronic diseases and ruining your liver and such doesn't help either.
PS THIS INCLUDES PAINKILLERS, EVEN OTC LIKE IBUPROFEN AND TYLENOL/ACETOMINOPHEN

Taking addreall and drinking alcohol is a contraindication. Adderall is a stimulant (by which stimulants are most commonly used to treat ADHD), and alcohol is a neurological depressant. The actions are in opposition. If you want the medication to work, you CANNOT drink.

DON'T!!! Alcohol is a depressing agent and lowers your seizure threshold. Any of the stimulant medications can interact with that lowered seizure threshold resulting in seizures! Also, the chemical interactions in each individual are extremely unpredictable....that person's brain chemistry, alcohol consumed, time frame, etc - UNPREDICTABLE!

I used to bum some from my roomate in college who was the poster child for ADD. That stuff lets you drink like a fish. Of course you don't want to get in the car or anything. Can I have one? I have a test to take in a few days.
