Probably Zeus, I mean he has a whole team of Gods on his side. Not to mention lightning. The god of the bible doesn't have much going for him...I wouldn't consider not eating pork and oppressing women and homosexuals a power.

That depends. Can the gods of polytheistic religions team up, or do they have to fight individually? The God of Abraham is pretty rough. I'd have to vote for Him.
