It is a gift. A medium is capable to read tarot and it is a gift from God. However, many mediums might use this gift to make money and that is the part that is wrong. The gift should be used for free, because it doesn't belong to the medium, but to God.
I believe in Tarot.
Peace!

Well, it wouldn't really make a difference if you got a tarot card reading by a street vendor or Jesus himself. One might be right, but you still consort to the Devil all the same, technically.
The Bible does say 'Don't Associate With False Prophets', but no matter how you look at it, all people who call themselves prophets or those who seem to have prophecy-reading-related abilities can be called both a real prophet and a false one.
The way I see it, all those who see a prophet or a card reader are told what they're to expect, right? If it's something good to them, they're going to try and set themselves up in any and every way they can for it to happen. Really, those who seek help from a mind-reader/prophet are really just told what they want in life, so that they have it all set up for themselves.
They simply prepare it and play the waiting game.
And when it happens, they feel so amazed by the fact that the prophet was right that they forget that it was themselves who set it up for themselves.
This goes for all prophets, and not just the ones non-christian related.
If they get a bad reading, they simply
A) ignore the fact that they had this read and go on with their lives, forgetting about the whole thing
or
B) they become insanely paranoid, and try to set themselves up so it doesn't happen, only to have it happen to them because they actually subconsciously set it up for them.
or
C) somewhere in-between.
So what do you do? Lead a normal life, and live like how Forrest Gump's mother tells him... "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get... [except when you go to See's, but that's beside the point.]"
Good luck.

As someone who IS a Tarot Card reader, I would say that you have NOT consorted with the devil. Therefore, ZERO Hail Marys would be required.......
However, there are those who will disagree with me.

No, the tarot is a card game developed around the middle ages. Its symbolism is not arcane nor occult. Even the christian bible taught or oracles and those who could read signs in the sky. Christians have an evil eye because they see only evil where ever they look.

Tarot cards are a medium that allows you to speak with the part of yourself that is connected to everything else. You already know what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen, you just can't call up that last part by any normal means. That is where the tarot cards jump in.
I don't really believe in them, but that is the logic behind how they work.

Darlin, let me tell you something they don't want you to know. You can do anything you want as long as you dont hurt anyone else or yourself. And harm none do as you will.
I am a witch. Withcraft is not evil or am abomonation. There is no way a child is born evil and I was born a witch. With abilities and gifts past down through both blood lines. You can have your cards read. You can read them yourself if you want.
Personally, I have no luck with tarot but I read norse runes. They are much easier and in my 15 years reading them I have never had a bad reading. They ar always accurate. I am 32. My mother tried to raise me baptist and make me conform to a male dominated religon but I like to think for myself and follow my instincts too much for that. I recomend you do the same.
Brightest Blessing

dude, chill out. Do whatever you want. Your so called hail marys aren't going to do anything....It's what you want, you're not killing anyone, there is no devil, have fun!! Don't be worried about this in life, the stupid little things that the CHURCH says (which, by the way, has people working in it that have no proof whatsoever of there being any sort of right way about the way they think), just don't kill anyone or steal anything, and I'm sure god will love you all the same =]

"The greatest "sin" of all is the waste of talent..."
God gives everyone a "gift" or "unique" quality.. which is why we are ALL created differently. Whatever or who ever our beliefs are in, PROVES that God does in fact exist. (God = Creation)
To biblically support you on this.. even the bible talks about "interpreters". One's that can read the stars "magi". (which had interpreted the birth of Jesus).
The bible even had "dream" interpreters (toward the beginning of the bible) when the Pharoah needed his dreams interpreted (that he claimed were from God "visions" if you will)
God's Will moves through us ALL, because it wasn't the "will of man" that interpreted the times, but it was the Will of God for those to be able to interpret.
However, when you put your faith in such practices and not believe that YOU yourself, have the same "means" to communicate with "who you are", then it becomes something else that is including everything BUT who you are AND God.
The only thing that includes Satan is what we as humans have come to think what wickedness is to be "sin". Satan even knew the Bible's inside and out. It was man that put their faith IN man to interpret things.
Tarot Cards are part of the physichy (inner self / higher being) We can all accomplish this through other means than "cards" or stones or candle wax or any other inanimate object.
Usually the best advice is within us, which is why you would probably suggest yourself to get a tarot reading. Maybe subconsciously you are helping another person USE their gift that God gave them.. It's all in how you want to look at it.

In a sense, yeah, coz' the one consorting the devil is actually the one reading the cards for you. That's what the Bible calls witchcraft, an abomination to God. Hail Mary's? You don't need 'em. Jesus was the one who died for your sins, not Mary. So go pray to Him, confess your sins, repent, and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Hope I helped. c",)

no at all, gaia, and the goddess, has nothing to do with the devil, for that is a christian belief, not the way the real world works, the universal powers that be, are not concerned with one being asking the cosmos for a little help, actually they encourage it, it is good for the soul and spiritual evolution of mankind
