Religiousity is a condition that often accompanies mental illnesses in that the person focuses abnormally on the religious/spiritual and may express feelings that they are God. It can be related to schizophrenic and mania-related symptoms and diagnoses related to behavioral perception disorders.
God is God, not a symptom of anything but the ultimate creation of things with symptoms.
Obviously they are. Not a trick question, you know.
I think some may be confused with the overly zealous or self-righteous who may be too 'pushy' toward others with religion. These people don't call themselves 'God' and those that do tend to be fraudulent and deceptive or they are mentally ill, sometimes both.

Sometimes I think religions take people away from God... it is if they want to support darkness rather than the light. So I agree with you 100%.
God is Spirit, so Spiritual life gets my vote for being superior to religion.
This online resource makes that distinction between religion and Spiritual life very clear.

In my own opinion I think that they are two totally seperate ideas. Reiliosity could be being religous about a certain thing you do. There are many religons and all of them do not focus on God. Religon is more of a state as well.
God is a idea or a belife of people. He can exist even if you or not religous. You may belief in him but not go to church which doesnt neccisarly make you religous.

You have the same believe of a friend of mine,
He believes God exist, but religion is fashioned by the occident to depressurize others,
For him the Africans are the most victims.
But I don’t believe that nor religion b/c I believe the Bible.

It really depends on whether it's a theistic religion or not .
Obviously some have religion without god just as the majority of the religious people have a god .they are not necessarily inseparable. For instance the Theravada Buddhist are not theistic.

Yes they are separate. The concept of god would exist outside of human understanding and religion is a human development.

I believe everything you have stated is the opposite of the truth. I do not mean that in a negative way.
Let me explain:
god is the exact opposite of God.... "god" means false.
Religiosity may seem like a word, but it is not a true word. There is no such word that exists.
but, if you mean religion and god are two separate things, well, yeah! Religion is as a sheet with all kinds of animals in it. and when told to kill and eat, one says, "I do not eat what is uncommon"........
Yet, with regards to God, there is no religion. it is only man's way. so to separate the confusion in categories we call faith...

Religion has nothing to with God at all. A lot of it is shrouded in all kind of superstitious nonsense. Religion is why so many people run from God in the first place.

Yes. Religion is just trying to make sense of God.

religiosity is a community of believers finding god in whatever way they please, god is just a construct or something to believe in, in the same way that people believe in the big bang and evolution, science is a god, so yes
