its like the sides are short and the top is longer and together it slants down
what do i need to tell the barber without bringing in the picture

I think you should just take the picture in to the barber. Granted, the guy in the picture is a touch strange, but I doubt the barber cares, and I'm sure he's seen stranger things that people have brought in :-)

Why would you want to have a hair cut from a picture ?
I believe you should go for something that frame's you're face and is in style now : and looks good on you .
HINT:: you ae not the guy in the picture so you will not look like he does after a cut.
Think about it before you go through it.
