Ten years. But, if you have a wound, cut, puncture etc, there is a good possibility of the physician requesting you receive another booster if it has been over two years. Most people do not carry shot records with them. Without proof of getting the booster another will be given. It will not cause any harm and is better to be safe.

10 years in case of a minor injury, 5 years for a dirty wound or a road accident.
