He's my cousin friend. I met him about 2 months ago. Since then i see him at my cousin's football practice and he sees me. In school he come up behind me and pushes me and stuff. Some times he would put his arms around my shoulders. He went up to me the other day and put his hands on my shoulder and said Happy B-day. He also's touches my cheeks some times. i am very confuse, is he just playing w/ me beacuse he's my cousins friend.

He's acting like the typical guy. He likes you. You can easily whip out your woman powers and set him straight. "dude, I think you are cool and all, but man quit pushin" "you're kinda cute" and wink at him. he'll be all confused, and putty. If you're not that bold tell your cousin to tell him to quit being so rough with you, unless you dont mind it. Next time he puts his hand on you. put your hand on his, and look at him... see where that goes.

It all seems to be signals, mostly the cheek touching since that doesn't seem to be something a mere friend would do. Just play it cool and continue to be around him, don't seem desperate or obvious, and maybe you'll get the signal you need to confirm his feelings, when/if that happen don't be afraid to take the bait! from what you have said i do believe he does like you and i think when you asked for your friend and not you to go with him he got confused maybe he was expecting you to ask him out if you like him you should def. tell him
