it means he is in love with you or strongly likes you because when my bf and i first started to go out he would play with my hand and fingers it was kinda weird but nice next time play with his back if your interested

I do the same thing with my girls when I really care for them...It means that they are serious and that they want to show you how much that they care for you and if he looks into your eyes while he is playing with your hands he is searching for something within you...something that only you two can share..maybe something like whether or not you two are going to be together for a long time...Who knows cutie..but be thankful that he is doing it...Good luck cutie...I will be hoping for the best for you both! I am just a lonely soldier that needs someone to play with his hands!
