According to strict rules, you can't insert an adverb in the middle of an infinitive. "kindly" can't go between "to" and "get"; it must go in the end. However, if "please tell my brother to get my book kindly" sounds weird, you can change the sentence to "please tell my brother to be kind to get my book".

To avoid the split infinitive - to kindly get - you could rephrase to "Please ask/tell my brother to be so kind as to get my book."

"please tell my brother to kindly get my book."
(meaning, you are requesting that someone tell your brother that you have politely requested he get a book.)
