i already have a nice bumper front and rear and a 2 inch lift on it. but i want to stick to all black not crom.
and i dont want to spend alot of money

easy to answer you need a nice winch to go on the bumper. nothing says im not getting stuck like a warn winch. also side bars or nerf bars look really cool as well as new kc 40 lights come on a little crome will set the black off. hmmm the list goes on and on for jeep owners wanting to sport up thier ride. i put a bra on mine to hide some minor damage turns out i really like the look. safari rack may not improve the look but ups cargo capacity something wranglers lack in my opinion.

Keep it clean and just go a little widr or taller a tire. This will be worse on gas though. In my opinion a set of tires and wheels you like make all the difference. But keep in mind when getting them the purpose for which you use your jeep. Mud tires are a pain if you spend 95% of your time on the road and tires like bfg all terrians have trouble in wet grass. But in my opinion a aggressive all terrian looks best.

You could buy black enamel and add a few personal accents to the wheels, like painting the edge of an opening.
You could sand any small chrome areas on hardware, and paint them black, too.
These are real small areas all over the car, but noticible.

Put a monster lift on it with some monster tires. That'll make it look better for sure, then go bury it in some mud to finish it off!

make sure your under body is clean -get black enamel paint -paint the underneath wheel wells included- it will look 10 times better- i do this to all my cars & trucks

take a look in the mirror. try dark tint on the windows and keep the windows and the top up.
