My husband and I only got married this year and his disabled. And I was wondering if I can claim him this year. We only been married for a short amount of time. And can I also claim my son if he is born before the end of the year?

as long as it occurs any time in 2007, you can claim for this full yr.

You don't "claim" a spouse, but you can file a joint return and take an exemption for each of you. And yes you can claim your son if he's born before the end of the year. In both cases, it's the status as of December 31 that matters.
