No fever or anything.
Same diapers she has always been in.
Hasn't been exposed to anything new.
Been going on for 2 days.
Took her to doctor. Doctor said it could be anything... but not to worry. Some help that was.

Oh and it isnt itchy or full of pus. Just raised little red bumps.

could be an allergic reation to the diaper creme or the powder or whatever you're using for the rash. she could be allergic to whatever youre bathing her in; she could be allergic to the diapers OR if you use latex gloves when you change her, she could be allergic to the latex.
When i worked at a daycare, we had a few kids that were allergic to the latex, but we couldn't not wear them as that's technically a violation of the health code etc.

All kids get a diaper rash from time to time, trust your doctor.

If it continues, take her back to the doctor. If the red bumps get a white vacule on top of them, it's probably chicken pox.

She could be allergic to *something* and that something could be anything. People can develop allergies to anything at any age. Foods, detergents, diapers, diaper rash cream. Sometimes the allergic marks on the rear end can be mistaken for diaper rash. My son is allergic to milk (whey protein) and when he has milk containing products, he'll get a rash around his anus, purple tints under his eyes, extremely loose BMs, and small rashes or all over. Start keeping an everything diary. List detailed things, like all foods, drinks, people she was near that may have been wearing perfume, animals she was near, everything around her. If she breaks out again, see what things were consistant with each rash, and rashes to allergens *typically* take a few minutes to about 24 hours to emerge. If she gets rashes all over, or you can't get them to go away, see an allergist.

It could be a heat rash. A heat rash is a small red bumps it's caused by what else heat. It doesn't usually spread if it does it's something else. It's nothing to worry about it should go away on it's own. Just keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away tell your doctor.

It's not chicken pox without a fever, besides it shoulda formed blisters then crusted if thats what it was.

It could be skin irritation - from detergent, sweating, or multiple other sources...but then it should itch or bother the child.
It could be a viral rash - they can happen 2-3 wks after having other viral symptoms including colds or diarrheal illnesses. These usually don't bother them at all, they just look bad and go away on their own.

The big question is...do they bother the child and if so, how? (are they itchy or painful)

If it isn't bothering her and the doctor told you not to worry then don't. Keep an eye on it and if for some reason it does change then take her back to the doctor. Until then just relax.

I don't know where you're from, but the weather is getting cooler and sometimes we tend to overdress the wee ones. Could be heat and sweating under the thicker clothes.
