Arabic is a semitic language while Spanish is a latin one,the spanish has many arabic words ,since spanish was influenced largely by arabic because of arabs presence in spain lasted 800 years.the most common thing between the two languages is the spanish pronounciation of the letter J(Juan) is influenced by arabs, arabs having a similar letter, this prounciation made spanish even unique among the other languages derived from latin.
Arabic is difficult to learn for any person who isn't familiar with semitic languages, but still it's a learnable language.

In general, there isn't a lot of similarities between Arabic and Spanish. Yes there are many Spanish words of Arabic origin but their pronunciation is different.
Neither Arabic nor Spanish nor Chinese are difficult to learn if you put enough effort into that!

No, although there are guttural sounds in Spanish that may derive from the influence of the (Arabic) Moors when they occupied Spain, and certainly their cultural heritage still survives in Spain now (do a search for images of the Alhambra Palace in Granada to see what I mean). Arabic is difficult for a European to learn , harder than Spanish really, and you also have to learn to read and write in the script.
