Few creams really work anyway. You should try dabbing on some yellow or green concealer, then covering that with makeup (a liquid foundation that matches your skintone).
Sleeping more/drinking more water probably won't help if this is a genetic problem. I have the same thing and it's been with me since middle school. I discovered concealer works. One of the very few creams I have discovered that work is The Sisters Ford De-Puffing Action Eye Gel (found at Sephora in the mall). This works to an extent. Your best bet is the concealer though :]
Good luck!

Place a slice of cucumber on both eyes for about an hour and relax.
During the night, before you go to bed, use a night cream for the face with vitamin enriched eye cream to gently dab under the eyes.

Dark circles under eyes are likely due to lack of sleep or constant rubbing of eyes. Sometimes it could be genetic.

Sadly you can't get rid of under eye circles. No, i wouldn't recommend you using creams, or makeup at 13, what you can do is focus on another part of your face. You can use an eyelash curler to make your eyelashes fuller and curlier, this will make your eye pop more and, without any mascara. You can wear a pretty lipgloss. The point is to focus on something else. If you do want to use makeup, use a concealer thats one shade or two lighter than your natural skin tone.

Prevention is the acceptable treatment. Eye circles are brought about by utilising fatigue, hypersensitive reactions and genetics. you are able to not do lots approximately your genes, yet you may get lots of sleep and take antihistamines whilst allergy season strikes. There are smart moisturizers on your undereyes. only prepare them each morning and that they'll decrease the dark circles. using chilly presses like eye packs and chilly spoons can decrease a number of the puffiness besides. even with all that, some human beings are unable to completely do away with them, yet a minimum of you are able to decrease them critically.

it is a congenital thing you were born with; try this
an old model's trick

lay with your head back and chin slightly tilted up; put cool fresh cut cucmber slices very thin, on each closed eye; relax and breath normally try to take a little nap for about 5 or 10 minutes;

this will help

when using makeup or having photo taken, first use a pale blue under cover makeup and then apply foundation; the blue will make the dark circles fade away

i hope this helps.

i have always had same thing; 66 years ... used these tips when i modeled.

i'm paleish too and have had those lovely undereye circles for much much longer than you have my dear. sometimes they are because of allergies, or heredity. ask your mom to get you some concealer that matches your skintone and just a small amount dabbed with your ring finger should do the trick.

This sounds silly but it works. Put two spoons in the freezer. When they're fairly cold - place them under your eyes.

since you don't want to apply creams,all you have to do is to have enough sleep and applying cucumbers from the fridge also works..
