Everybody loves a winner! In the past 35 years the Steelers have only had 6 or 7 losing seasons. Not many other NFL teams have had that kind of success rate.
It's simply human nature Jo B. If a fan's favorite team wins, they tend to feel better about themselves, as if they have actually accomplished something themselves.

Excuse me, are you a Browns fan or something. The Steelers are one of the most popular teams in the NFL and they have been for over 30 years. Steelers will crush the Browns today by the way.

The Steelers sucked? The franchise has won 5 Super Bowls in 6 trips and made the playoffs 10 times in the past 15 years and won 155 games in that span (an average of 10 per season). Seems to me there are plenty of teams that would like to have that kind of success. Don't hate the Black and Gold just because the team you root for can't match up.

I doubt you have been around 26 years. Everyone who is a Steeler fan today has been a Steeler fan since they were a Steeler fan. Steeler fans are some of the most loyal NFL fans around. Doubt they ever truly sucked but the Mark Malone years were pretty close.

You don't have to be a Steelers fan. We have plenty of fans; stop waaahing over it. Why do you even care?
Also, you must be a baby; obviously you don't know anything about their history, etc. They won 5 Superbowls (which is not an easy thing to do).

why are you hating on the steelers? I live very close to chicago, and despise the bears...but I DO NOT go on public rants about it like a whiny baby. (i came to this observation because of your past few questions)
Naturally, the majority of people like their home team. Like it or not. Move out of Pittsburgh if you hate it so much.
