The Arabs themselves, when they thought we weren't listening, declared after the Six-Day War:
"There are no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. We are all part of one nation. It is only for political reasons that we carefully underline our Palestinian identity... yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity serves only tactical purposes. The founding of a Palestinian state is a new tool in the continuing battle against Israel".
- Zuhair Muhsin, military commander of the PLO and member of the PLO Executive Council
They are not interested in a state for a people that does not exist (the "Palestinian people"); they just want to eliminate Israel.

If it does declare independence, and there is peace with all buddies. How is Gaza going to proceed to exist? There at the instant are not any organic components, in basic terms small scale stages of farming and fishing can ensue yet gaza is so overpopulated the Gazans devour all the food so as that they'd desire to import maximum of there food. additionally all ability and made products would desire to be imported. Gaza creates no longer something to make money. Why do you think of PA has in no way declared independence? as a results of fact while they do, they lose Israeli help, maximum international help, get admission to to Israels loose healthcare, lose over a million tens of millions jobs in Israel. i do no longer see it occurring.

It is one thing to talk Independence, it's something else to find enough in agreement to form a ruling party.
They don't want a new Muslim state, they want all Israeli's dead.
This is the problem the common person in Gaza has to live with everyday. You know the Muslim that just wants to raise a family in peace.
Israeli government ,American government, Muslim party leaders non of these people have the best interest of the people in mind.

Hamas and the Hamas leaders have already amitted that their ownership of the Gaza strip is only temporary.
There is no way that Hamas can control Gaza "forever" howeverlong that is.

From the river to the sea Palestine will be free
Remember? They want it all. They won't be happy until all of Israel is thrown into chaos like Gaza.
If you don't need it, then why all the fuss about claiming to need it?
