Should I Buzz My Hair?
I'm 13, My Hair Is Mega- Thick and Dark Brown and I Can't Grow It Out or It'll Poof into A White Guy Afro, Plus Winter is Coming, What Should I Do?

Yeah, go for it! If you don't like the buzz cut, it'll grow back soon enough.

Have you tried going into a salon and asking one of the stylists to recommend a product that would be good for your hairtype? (even at a Fantastic Sams)

im in the millitary and i have whats called a high and tight it looks better then buzzed hair you might want to try it.

i highly dis recommend shaving completely,,i would just cut it shorter so that its a little curly but not a fro like you said..lol i hope that helps good luck!
