The more you learn about the very nature of God and how worthy His track record is, you will understand why the law is not of faith and why that it is impossible to please God without faith. Then again, He gives us every one a measure of faith.
You don't need a whole lot, just use what you've got. Lack of faith insults God's character because it it saying to Him we don't really believe He is able to do what is best for us. Who better but God knows? He made us, He knows the future and He has a plan for every one of our lives. Yes, He allows trials of our faith. Build upon the foundation of Jesus Christ very carefully so that when your work is tested by fire, you will come through it. Satan always says you can't believe God's Word and causes you to doubt or to think you can be self-sufficient. In God we live and move and have our being. Read the book of Job. Strive to enter in because we must trust God and be a living sacrifice - our all on the alter. Heaven will be worth it all. When Jesus returns to the earth, will He find faith? I hope I am with the wheat harvest and not the chaff.

Read about what He has done, and then be wise about what He can do for you.
If God can part a sea, can He help you with your bills? If He can blind an entire army, can He bring you out of sickness?
What exactly did He promise?
There are the promises that I have been claiming for some time:
Psalm 37
3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
You start with what you know that He promised, and then trust Him for it. That's called living the life of faith.

I know, it's a battle. Satan wants us all to believe that we know better than God, what is best for us. Satan doesn't want us to trust God.
But before you can learn to trust God, you must learn MORE about Him. Christ said to us in the Bible that if you've seen Him, you have seen your Father in heaven. By this He meant that all of Christ's wonderful characteristics of kindness, love, empathy, sacrifice, etc., are the same as God's.
The Bible tells us that God is Love. His love for you is unconditional - and that's awesome.
God has known your name before you were even conceived!
So, in light of all this wonderful truth about your Creator, how can you NOT trust Him to know what is best for you? He knows, better than you, what is best for you. Believe me, I know.

Trust comes from a relationship. If you cultivate a relationship with Jesus Christ, study His Word, walk as He's asked you to walk, Love as He has loved you, and know the 'mind of God'........... you could do nothing but trust Him! After all, dear one, He gave his life for you. What more could you ask of anyone?

Well, I suppose you need to change your thinking first. God only gives good gifts to His children, why, because He wants and knows what is best for us. Too often we deceive ourselves and believe we have control over things that were never in our control.
God was able to create all that you see and more. Don't you think He's capable of taking care of you? After all, the scriptures tell us that He looks after the sparrow, how much greater is His love for you?!

God does what is best for you when you do God's will. We ascertain God's will in all things by the devoted and focused reading, studying and hearing of His Word.

If you truly consider that God loves you, you will know that His love for you will only allow Him to teach you to do what is best for you.

That a real toughy. There are a whole lot of Christians who struggle with that one.
The only thing any of us can do is to continue to pray, read the Word, and fellowship with other Bible-believers. The longer we do this the stronger we get.

It is something that will take some time. If you give Him some faith He will show you. After that it becomes easier to allow God to take control of your life.

Keep doing it - each time he works you will see his goodeness and presence and trust more and more. Pray and ask him specifically about things - he will never fail (the only thing in life that IS sure).
