try sunsilks silky and straight shampoo and conditioner ( it comes in a purple bottle) its inexpensive and starts to work after the first wash. on top of that use some of john freidas frizz ease sprays and treatments. and try not to use a blowdryer or curler or straightener more than once a day, or use it less than that. let your hair dry naturally and only curl it on special occaisionss. find a good quality hair straighetener.
