how to make some parts of blacknwhite photo colourised.like the lips or the shirt ?

Using photo editor,GIMP..anyone has the tutorial? simple one

You can do this in Photoshop, Gimp, Picasa, Paint Shop Pro and a dozen other programs.

But please, please, don't...it's totally last century.

In most of those programs you outline the area to be colored with a lasso or similar tool. Then you flip to the Inverse so that everything except the area needing color is highlighted. Next you desaturate the highlighted area. It goes to B&W while the rest of the photo retains its original color.
