How long do egg whites for a pie last after you bake and re-fridge it?

Its a lemon merirang pie

It could last a week but when it starts to get "old" the meringue starts to shrink from the side of the pie and what looks like drops of water show on the surface then i would say time to toss.

Probably 3-4 days.

one to two days. It will get watery after about a day even after baking.
