They have church run nursing homes, I've heard. I'm not Catholic so I could be wrong. Also, they take a vow of poverty so they have no money. The church depends on the donations of the parishioners to support such things.

Catholic run nursing homes, or in some cases, some choose to be close to family upon retirement and choose a nursing home close to them.

the day previous i changed into questioning alot about the Catholic church and the endless volume of clergymen which have had allegations made hostile to them and how the Catholic church forgive the "Fathers" of their Sins and relocates them and what no longer and that i assumed to myself "You watch there'll be yet another one quickly" and on the instantaneous I go surfing to Yahoo and BANG there is the headline "Pontiff in baby ABUSE typhoon" I stand through what i have continuously said .. the Catholic church are the worlds greatest CULT they enable the abuse that is going on all because the bible says to forgive .. NOPE no longer IN MY international

They have nursing homes for retired clergy. My aunt works in one for Catholic preists.

Where I am at, Sisters of Charity has become a nursing home, there are priests as patients there also.
