Is it safe to eat cabbage that has pepper spots on it?

please it is ok to eat it will not hurt you it it is just from the soil they where grown in and the sun just peel off the layers until you have no spots enjoy

I wouldn't, it's probably mold. Ditch those leaves and go to the centermost leaves. If they've still got them, ditch the whole head.
