I agree with CL and in addition infant baptism is not scriptural. Infants can not repent of sins therefore there can be no forgiveness of sins. Also despite humans except for Christ being born with original sin babies can not commit sin because they have no consciousness of right and wrong, good or evil.

He was the physical and spiritual son of God. God cannot sin, so Jesus is unique in that way. We all have a different set of fingerprints for example... He happened to have the divine fingerprints of perfection.
When Jesus was baptized, the Holy Spirit came down upon Him. That is what I believe happens at baptism... if a baby is baptized, it symbolizes that they are freed from original sin even though they don't know Jesus yet because of how young they are. It also means that they have the Holy Spirit to be with them throughout their lives here on earth.
If a baby dies before they are baptized, it doesn't mean that they will not go to heaven... no. It means they have God and His Spirit to be with them in heaven instead of earth. (No ritual or sacrament like baptism is required for having God's Holy Spirit be with you in heaven). Also, I believe that babies are automatically forgiven for any original sin, because Jesus died to release every one from original sin... all those that have ever been born and all of those that will be.

Because sin entered the world through Adam and stays in via the paternal member of each pregnancy.
In Jesus' case, His Father is God, so He is sinless. His humanity is established because He was born of a human mother, Mary.
So far as we know, never in recorded history has a pregnant woman ever given birth to anything that sprung from one of her fertilized human eggs except a human. Think of the common phrase in Genesis, "after its kind," meaning palm trees produce other palm trees, leopards give birth other leopards, and humans give birth to other baby humans.
I will also say that Jesus is sin-free BECAUSE He IS God, and God cannot sin. People will say I am using circular logic, but I have given other responses where I explain that God is not a name. To be the One True God, there is but one definition: you must be uncreated, eternal self-existant. Thr Father is God, Jesus is God, the Holy Spirit is God. No other enitity is now nor can ever be God.

"To be man is to sin right?"
Not necessarily. All "sin" IS by perspective, is "bad behavior." Jesus was not "born" IN bad behaviors, just as ANY child is not born to the NATURE of the world. What mankind perceives in their religions is not always the perspective of the holy intelligent Father in heaven.

Jesus SINNED. It says so in the Bible in Mark chapter 1, verse 13.
Ofcourse, there are many other things that come along with being human. Jesus did the following:
1.The god who wept
2.The god who is circumcised
3.The god who has to sacrifice his own life to save his creation
4.The god who was born like a human
5.The god who is chased by his own creations to be killed!!
6.hissing God (?) ISAIAH 5:26, 7: 18, ZECHARIA 10:8
7.A "roaring" God (?) ISAIAH 42:13, JEREMIAH 25:30
8. A "barber" God (?) ISAIAH 7:20
9.A "penitent" God (?) JEREMIAH 15:6, GENESIS 6:6
10.A God "riding" a cherub (?) 2 SAMUEL 22:11
11.A God murders 50,070 for looking into a box (?) SAMUEL 6:19
He also said : 'I can of mine own self DO NOTHING: as I hear, I judge . . . JOHN 5:30
All power is GIVEN unto me in heaven and In earth MATTHEW 28: 18
HE WAS SENT BY GOD AS A PROPHET, AND IS NOT GOD HIMSELF. (THE BIBLE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF)

All men are from dust to dust. It explains why all men sin. Jesus is from light to light. HE is divine while the other messengers of God are not . God create Jesus in Mary's womb. When Jesus dies he is resurrected.

Jesus was fully man and fully God. He was perfect and sinless.
The rest of us are not divine, but human, thus sinful.

Because Man had nothing to do with his conception.
Don't care how many times you dunk a kid or an adult for that matter, it won't do a bit of good without first trusting Jesus as saviour.

According to the Bible, the sin nature is passed from a father to his offspring. Jesus had no earthly father. That is the significance of his virgin birth.
