In Florida, there used to be a chain called Melons -- it was kind a of poorer poor man's Hooter's. Maybe they went out of business.

Theres a place called 'show mes' which is exactly like hooters. I've seen them around the midwest.

In Florida there's a chain called The Wing House.
Very similar, in fact they had a law-suit over the uniforms.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Fuddrucker's, Red Robin, Pizzeria Uno are a few. Although they aren't as "hoot-y". Are you looking for good wings? I'm pretty sure all of these places offer wings by me, but I live in Buffalo, so you can practically buy wings in a gas station.
