My finacee is my best friend. he understands me, and he wants only the best for me. He brings out the best in me, and ever since I met him, I've have been the happiest. He feels the same about me. These are all things and more I've wanted in a husband.

because he wants to be married before we have kids. we have been living together for 4 years and we have decided to start a family, but he says he would rather us be married before we do. also, it's a great way to celebrate your love and give friends and family a chance to party! i don't care if we do or don't, but now that we're planning it i am very excited!

Well I'm chosing to get married because I love that person more then anything, I would like to be with him forever and start a family with him. Marriage is just that one step to forever.

I want to get married to my guy because I love him and can't imagine my life without him. We agree about almost everything, and have very similar beliefs and goals.
And it means more to me than anything to be there to make him happy - that's what is most important to me in life.

My ideal wedding would be parents and a few very close friends in an exotic location like have a gazeebo on a beach...God I want that wedding so bad. But Im marrying a catholic (God help me). So its a church wedding

I've been married to my best friend, lover and soul mate for 11 years come December and have been together for 8 before. It's simply fantastic. We share great laughs, jokes and terrific sex.

Because life without him would be unimaginable. Even the mundane of everyday life is more exciting when I share it with him. He is an amazing man of God & we share the beliefs & values that are most important to us as individuals - that is rare! Because of his respect & unconditional love for me. Bottom line, he has always felt like home to me.

People who are inlove to the right person they think the best would go for marriage. To have someone to share your life with. And of course to continue the human race ...legitimate kids.

I am having a wedding because I want to give our families an excuse to party and give me presents.
"Why am I committed to this person?" is another question unrelated to my wedding or marriage. That answer being partnership based on love, but no one needs marriage or a silly party for that!
