I Can't Believe its Not Butter needs to change its name to: "Why would I buy something that tastes so bad?" I've never tasted a worse butter substitute in my life. I was given ICBINB at a restaurant. I had to send my food back barely touched.

If you really want a substitute for butter that tastes great, try Smart Balance. It has a pretty good consistency, and once it melts, it's not as watery as most. Plus it has great flavor.

Most of the time I don't really have much of a clue what I believe, but I CAN believe it's not butter.

Well you're taking it out of context. The people in the commercials are not asked if they believe it is butter beforehand, but after they have already tried and developed their opinion on what it is. It also seems they have no prior knowledge of the product.
But yeah. It's not that remarkably like butter.

Haha! I have some in my kitchen, I was like "are you serious?! This isn't butter!?"

I couldn't tell the difference, but good to know it has a different texture.

I like the sotre brands of this stuff, because their names start to get really weird. Butter it's not, You'd think it's butter, You hope it's butter because you really don't want to know what this is made of...

You're totally right! It is a different texture. How can they give it that name? It's a total lie.

And what about the spray form of it? That is simply blasphemous!
