The only other way to convey that in English is "Wednesday" if it's Monday, or "the 16th" if it's the 14th.

You got it...day after tomorrow! That's about as close as you can get! Unless like it's Saturday so the day after tomorrow would be Monday. That's another way to say it...Hope that helps!

only thing I can think of is to say the date (11/12) or the day (next monday)
I wonder if other languages have one and if so maybe you can start saying that haha. I know some languages get really specific about family names. They have titles for people on the mother or father's side etc

For me, it's "next two days".
tomorrow is next day. Then, there is the word after.
Think about it, 'after tommorow'.. It's next two days!!
