Ok me and my baby plan on getting married when he cames back from Korea. So far we just plan on having a court house marriage the a more formal on later on. My ? is what all do I need and need to do? And how long does the process noramly take? (he only gets a month leave) Thank you:D

You have to apply for a marriage license at the court house. Let them know he's on leave, maybe they can speed it up. Some states require blood tests, some don't. You have to make an appointment with the judge to get married, and there will probably be a 3 day waiting period.

yes that was a very good answer but you don't get married at the courthouse you have to hire a judge or someone licensed to marry you

you don't have to do the blood test anymore unless you live in the deep south lol

and most states the marriage license is good only 90 days

that way is easy i just got married 9/2//2006 in a catholic church that's hard

you both need a valid id, marriage license, 2 rings, something nice to wear, and someone to take a picture. good luck.
