There is no set age to leave your parent's house if you feel ready. But, I will say this, until you are 18 you won't be able to rent your own apartment or buy your own house unless your parents do it for you. You aren't an adult yet so credit is not offered to you and your signature on any documents basically doesn't matter unless you get emancipated. I recommend that you stick it out until the world outside recognizes you as an adult.

It is 18 but if you're 16 and your mom is someone you feel you can't live with anymore, consider moving in with a friend. Make sure her parents agree to it as well as your mom. Avoid the courts, I did, I starting leaving with a friend at age 16, my parents knew I was there and they really didn't care. I paid $100 rent a month and they treated me like their own daughter, which was better than my parents did.

18 the "real" way. I moved out when i was 16 because my parents didnt care. Now 20. It wasnt easy with going to school and having to work. Its hard work I stuggled for a long time. Its alot of work. If its because you dont like your moms rules, sorry thats life. Thats why I wanted to move out and believe me it sucked! But if you have serious problems I would go to cps.

Yep, 18, you have to legally be an adult. Not to be pushy, but I would think it would just be smarter to live with your mother rather then move out. It just seems...I don't know maybe not smart because I would think the longer you don't have to pay for insurance, house, food etc the better. But I guess I could see it if you have serious problems with your parents, but still you should work that out.

18, unless you go to court and become immancipated. To do that you have to prove to a judge that you can financially support yourself.
